He is the National Junior 400m Record Holder (45.74), Gold Medalist CAC Junior Champion 400m (2004),Gold Medalist 34th Carifta Games 400m (46.61) (2005),Silver Medalist National Senior Team 11th CAC Senior Championship Bahamas 4x400m .,Gold Medallist 35th CARIFTA Games 400m (46.55) 2006,World Champion 11th IAAF World Junior Championships, China 400m (45.74) 2006.,Represented Trinidad and Tobago at the World Youth Championship Marrakec 2005,Represented Trinidad and Tobago Pam Am Junior Championship Canada (2005). 

Renny Quow grew up in Morvant Trinidad. He specializes in the 400m event. His personal best time is 45.04 seconds in 2006 at the World Junior Championships in Beijing. Other commendable performances include  his performance at the CAC Junior Championships, where he placed 1st in the 400m. He also placed 1st in the National Championships, 400m.

He is the 7th Trinidad and Tobago quarter miler to join the sub 45 club former World Junior Champion clocked an impressive 44.89 seconds to finish second in the Men’s 400m at Barcelona Spain July 2008 Track and Field meet.
