Emmanuel Callender

Emmanuel grew up in Arouca, Trinidad. Facing a choice between National service in the TNT Coastguard and a sprinting career he opted to follow his greatest passion. He dethroned 2005/2006 National Champion Aaron Armstrong in the men's 200m final winning with a personal best of 20.77 at the Sagicor National open track and field Games in 2007 in Trinidad, he is also a consistent member of the 4x100m relay team.
